Welcome to RAXZA.
These terms give you access to use and access the use of all RAXZA sites. When using the sites, raxza.com, you affirm that you, “the user” are of legal age and if under 18, you have obtained parental consent, and both have agreed on your behalf to enter the terms of the sites. This includes all sites or applications. If you “the user” are not of legal age or obtained guardian/parental consent, then you are not authorized to use Raxa sites.
Updates of terms of conditions may be altered or revised at any time. Updated and revisions dates will be posted in the terms and use section of the site.
Customer Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your accounts. Raxza will not be responsible for any losses due to unauthorize use of your account’s password or usernames. Any card, debit card, credit card or any form of payment method will continue to govern your use of such payment methods on any Raxza applications or site. You agree that Raxza is not responsible for any method used for payments.
You agree that Raxza can terminate, restrict access, suspend or cancel any services and fees for content available through Raxza sites.
Billing and Order
You warrant and represent the right to use any form of payment including all accepted cards that you provide us. By entering card or payment information to us, you authorize Raxza to store and use the card as a payment method for any purchase made with Raxza.
All billing information must be accurate. By confirming your order or purchase at the checkout processing, you accept sole responsibility for all charges related to the purchase.
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT, AS FURTHER SET FORTH. REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND THE RAXZA ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE EACH OTHER IN COURT OR IN CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.
